Job Description

The Faculty of Business and Law is one of the largest business schools in New Zealand and has a reputation as being a leading provider of innovative business education. We offer an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and efficient co-ordinator for the Faculty of Business and Law Executive Education Programme.

This is a varied role, with activities ranging from creating and updating web content through to managing academic programmes including short courses, corporate events and hosting international students. Although you?ll be responsible for the end to end programme management, you?ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Education Manager and Marketing Manager who will provide advice and support where required. Rolling your sleeves up and providing admin and online support is also part of this position therefore you will have strong PC and administrative skills.

Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in business or marketing and have a strong events background with a desire to learn more about business and marketing. Your skills set should include strong communication and relationship building skills, a positive and proactive approach to customer service backed up by a disciplined approach to administration.

You must be eligible to work in NZ to be considered for this position.
