This presentation is a free educational event open to the community, where attendees will learn about treatment options for many gynecologic conditions, including those that require advanced, complex procedures by two affiliated board-certified GMC surgeons, Nathan Mordel, MD and Stephen Salmieri, DO. Robotic surgery is an option available for patients suffering from uterine fibroids, uterine prolapse, endometriosis, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer and heavy, painful periods.

The da Vinci? Robotic Surgical System at GMC-Duluth was designed to expand the surgeon's capabilities and?for the first time?offer a minimally invasive option for major surgery. The da Vinci? Robotic Surgical System has been used successfully in tens of thousands of minimally invasive procedures worldwide.

All who attend will be entered in a drawing to win an iPad2. Continental breakfast will be provided to attendees. Registration is required and seating is limited.
